Authorization for Credit Checks and Background Verification

By providing your consent, you authorize Echo Reserve and our lending partners to obtain and review your credit report, credit score, and other information from credit reporting agencies and other sources to verify your identity and assess your creditworthiness.

Types of Credit Checks

This authorization may include:

• Soft Credit Inquiries: These do not affect your credit score and may be used for pre-qualification purposes
• Hard Credit Inquiries: These may temporarily affect your credit score and are typically performed when you formally apply with a lender
• Identity Verification: Checks to verify your identity and prevent fraud
• Employment Verification: Confirmation of your employment status and income
• Bank Account Verification: Verification of bank account information you provide

Credit Reporting Agencies

We and our partners may obtain reports from one or more of the following credit reporting agencies:

• Experian
• Equifax
• TransUnion
• Other consumer reporting agencies

Duration of Authorization

This authorization remains valid throughout the loan application process and for any potential future loan applications you may submit through our service, unless you revoke this authorization in writing.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Receive a copy of any consumer report if adverse action is taken
• Dispute inaccurate information on your credit report
• Revoke this authorization at any time
